Shipping -

Items will usually be despatched within 2 days but may take up to 5 days in exceptional circumstances. Delivery should take 2 - 4 days via courier service. I reuse old packaging where possible, and the bubblewrap etc I use is fully recyclable. 

Returns -

Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. Returns outside this period will not be considered. 

Shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Refunds can take up to 14 days after they’re received back to be processed. Refunds will be made via the same payment method. 

Can you gift wrap? 

If you'd like to send something as a gift please get in touch to discuss options, I'm happy to gift wrap. 

What is Jesmonite? 

Jesmonite is a composite material, a combination of a reactive mineral base and a pure water based acrylic resin. 

Jesmonite is non-solvent and contain zero VOCs, however it has not been tested for food safety so is only for decorative items only.

Why are the product dimensions only approximate? 

I've provided approximate measurements and weights for each product to give you an idea, they aren't exact as everything is hand made so may be a little smaller or bigger, or heavier! 

How do I clean items made from Jesmonite? 

Wipe clean with a lightly damp cloth where necessary, don't soak items for prolonged time. 

Do you take commissions?

I do! If you see a photo of something that has already been sold that you like, or have an idea for something in particular please contact me so we can discuss options. Table tops can be mounted on metal hairpin legs or on IKEA table bases, so if there’s a colour or style of table top you’d like please contact me.
